John was ordained at Reading University on 21st July 2018. He got married a week later 28th July at the Old Ground Hotel Ennis, County Clare! Born on 9th May 1968 but John is a very approachable Tauras!! John was educated at St.Flannan’s College Ennis, St.Patrick’s College Maynooth, National University of Ireland, Galway, St.Angela’s College Sligo and with the One Spirit Interfaith Foundation in London. John has worked at Nazareth House London in the nursing home and their Primary School on Hammersmith Road.He has spent the past 26 years teaching English, Geography and Religion in Donegal and Ennis. For the past 16 years of his career John has been Deputy Principal at Rice College Ennis where he pioneered Pastoral Care and Crisis Intervention Strategies to keep students at school. John has been director of Burns Study Centre Ennis since 1998, a service to assist secondary school and exam students.

John strives to break down barriers wherever they diminish human dignity. He believes that the reality of God meets all people in their lived reality. John works with people of religious beliefs and also those who do not subscribe to religion in any form.Love is Love and Love is Unconditional.John works in wedding celebrancy to bring the couple the experience they really want.He is getting busy in Baby Namings also as John has a warm and open nature. Nothing is a problem.
